How CarrierVet works
Load your data, then start vetting
STEP 1
Click "Pull from Salesforce"
This triggers a download of your TMS report in the background using your active Salesforce session.
STEP 2
WAIT — your report is downloading
This takes about 25 seconds. The progress bar will show you exactly where it's at. Don't click anything until it's done.
STEP 3
Select the downloaded file
A file picker will open automatically. Navigate to Downloads and select the report file that Salesforce just created.

Search by carrier name
Start typing a carrier name in the search bar. Results populate instantly as you type — no need to hit enter.

Read the tier cards
Three cards show eligibility per tier. Green = eligible. Orange = needs references (can cover 1 missing qualification). Red = not eligible.

Check qualifications
Click a tier card to expand. Tiers 2 & 3 need 2 of 3: load volume, same-lane history, and recency. Tier 1 just needs 1 load in 6 months or a Highway Heatmap. Gold lock = proven tier experience.

Verify in Highway
Click "Open in Highway" to search the carrier in your broker portal. Verify authority, heatmap, and fraud checks. Carrier411 and FMCSA links are also available.
